I'm definitely not an appliance expert; however, even a cursory search of the Internet revealed the model number (BD122-R), and that it's probably of 1960-1968 vintage, because of the corporate acquisition history of Kelvinator and the magnetic door seal. (Yes, I found your posting in a different forum).
There might well be somebody here at Collectors Weekly who can help you with more information, but you might want to consider helping them help you by sharing what you've already learned about it, and a few more pictures (you're allowed up to four pictures per post).
