Vintage? Plumb Axe Head (w/ Handle;Unattached)

Seen here is a PLUMB Axe head witch I found recently and cleaned up, sharpened, and subsequently removed the head from the handle ( due to a small crack and some splinters at the base). I am unsure as to whether or not the handle is original to the axe head. Shown in the picture portraying the eye of the axe head is the screw that was in the top of the handle. Any information about this axe that could be shared would be greatly appreciated, as I’m unsure of the year of manufacture and type of axe head. (as well as whether I should purchase any specific type of replacement handle & whether or not I should do the replacement myself or outsource it). Thank you and enjoy!
