Philco's top table model for 1936, this big boy (over 21 inches tall,
over 16 inches wide, and 12 inches deep) has 11 tubes.
From what I have found, I believe this version was offered for less than a full year.
Previous 116s had "shouldered" cabinets, whereas this one is straight-sided and more plain.
It was called "Baby Grand" and was said to deliver 10 watts to the speaker.
The console version (116X) had a larger, heavy-duty speaker and was rated for 15 watts output.
