Metal Woven Basket
Approximately 8 1/2" x 5" x 4"

The metal bands are all riveted, including the handle. The green patina apoears faux since it's also on the wooden handle. It could have also been completelely painted? The rivets appear to be hand bucked as they are not uniform.
I believe this may be an old milk bottle carrier? Most you see have separators for the bottles, but there's many examples that do not. This is similar to the antique French construction.
