He's an elephant?! That's really different, because from the thumbnail I thought he was a mountain goat!
The colours are unusual, very much like liquid fire and lava.

Lol Lauren, I can see the mountain goat idea here, esp the tall hindquarters give it that climbing look! Exceptional eye as ever, & I do think Murano makers like to put some wonder and confusion in their animals just for fun. Yes he's an elephant, and trunk up for me is very good right now as I'm going for a tiny op soon & can really use some luck :) Great color description of fire and lava too, thank you for your marvelous comment & giving me a smile today with the mountain goat image, love it
