      Welcome to CW. Your pictures are confusing..is there 2 different sides? If we could see the whole piece it would be helpful. Looms like a giant clamp. Please post the patent number anyway..it may be helpful..

      Hi, Searching2023. :-)

      I concur with dav2no1. Don't worry too much about pictures being sideways; that's a long-known software problem here.

      However, please edit your post, delete some of the current pictures (because a maximum of four is allowed), and then add one of the entire item, and one closeup of the patent number (which I assume is cast into the piece).

      I just recently purchased one of these at an antique auction and no one knows what it is. I have a patent # 8.28.94 It does have a HC marked on the handle. Several suggestions from friends were garden tool, railroad tool, and tire bead breaker. Do you have any updates on your search to identify this?
