    Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely silver charm, very well made and I think it’s antique, went through a time of collecting charms and ended up with quite a few, till I got bored of them. This was always one of my favourites, they actually sell well from what I remember.

      Most of the ones you see have solid wheels, so this is a nice example

      Thanks dav & elanski, I found some like this & when researching, I did back then lol it led me to believe it was Victorian
