My grandfather from Denmark born 1918 was a baseball fanatic. I know nothing about this gem. Any information about glove, era would be greatly appreciated just for some history.

Welcome to CW. You are allowed up to 4 pictures. It would help if we could see the webbing. I am not an expert, but some quick searches looks to be 1930-40s..my guess it's a little later looking at the designs..
Center are "batsman" gloves but font and numbers are different..

I added few more pics with the web. It's very padded and he played SS, 2nd, 3rd.
Looks like 1940s to me. More research needed. In the future, try to offer pictures that show the entire item. Makes image searches a lot easier. Also try to square the item in the picture.
