I have a pair of what I believe are Margot de Taxco earrings. I can't figure out what the numbers 5642 stand for. Any ideas ?

Absolutely beautiful & colorful mosaic design earrings, they look like a gorgeous tile pattern. Definitely look Mexican silver from that stamp, you might find it & the number designer on the site 925.1000 which has all the Mexican silver designers incl. Taxco symbols, good luck
