The time period should be around late c0's to early 70's when they used a lot of ancient coin replicas also to make these kind of necklaces. I bought a similar one at that time.
typo should be 60's to 70s.

It's a brooch, but it has those same elliptically-framed silhouettes, and the whole piece is marked with the name of the maker (see photographs):
