    3 handled wrench marked ETTO DRP & DRGM (which is for a German patent applied for). Just cannot figure out what it is used for or who the maker is. Thanks.

      Looking at the head of the tool, they appear to be wire strippers? When the tool is closed and you work the handle, do the jaws move away from each other side to side?
