Hi. I have searched the web and could not find any information. I believe it is hand painted. There is no crazing or chipping.

    Any information is greatly appreciated.

      Hi, dmbarnes83. :-)

Google Lens turned up a cousin:

La Terracotta San Gimignano Italy Fruit & Leaves 8” Square Wall Hanging Plate

Judging from the label on the back of yours, it came out of Chiavenna.

The gist of the label on the front is "Any imperfections are attributable
to the artistic invocation," so yes, hand-painted.

Per Google Maps, there's a Via Francesco Dolzino in Chiavenna; however, no number 32.
