This was a super buy it now on eBay AU!
I've never seen an example of this type of Tango glass for sale, so I went for it - & it was a bargain, too!
The vase is made from cobalt blue glass with applied decoration in brilliant yellow. It measures 19.2 cm tall, 10.5 cm across the flanged & crimped top rim, & 7 cm across the base, which does not have a pontil mark.
It has four applied yellow prunts around the body of the vase, & a matching yellow crest.
Cool bananas!
Czech origin, 1920s - 1930s era.
Very cool. I've never seen this colour combo in this type of tango glass. (And I've never been able to establish who made them.)
Many thanks, Wow22!
This post by Jericho shows a nice collection of these pieces - the blue one is the only one not shown. The red vase is the same shape as mine.

wonderful, Sweden flag colors....
Quite a PickUp Marin Congratulations !!!!!
The form of that Prunty has intrigued me for Years! Yonks!
The only other piece I’ve seen with something similar is actually here on CW and is the avatar of IVAN49 on a piece of glass from the Glasfabrik Elisabeth in Kosten bei Teplitz - Gebrüder Pallme-König.
Thanks also, kivatinitz!
Much appreciated, Kevin!
A lovely find indeed, Marin.
Many thanks, Peggy!
