This is a pretty old tansu i found today at a 2nd hand store near me. Surprisingly, the locks are working if i had the key. All the structural carpentry was done with these very small wooden pins. This one is pretty large for a two-drawer - 47" across, 23.5" high and 17.6" deep. Does anyone know what this kind of tansu is called? i have a couple of this type, but this one is much larger than the other.
