Necklace I found today - Tibetan?

or maybe Nepalese? I think the orange beads are called 'butterscotch amber'. There are some smaller, darker amber pieces as well and some really nice beads with glass enamel too. I think it's probably 25-30 yrs old as some of these beads have become hard to find. What do you think? Silver clasp.
