Vintage silver ring

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely ring, I don’t know anything about it, I think it’s a ruby & diamond half eternity ring, I’ve just cleaned it and looks a treat. It was sitting in a bag of scrap bit’s, but a clean and a wipe , it looks anything but scrap, has a few marks but my eyes won’t let me see things that small anymore, hopefully pics might help. I’ve only noticed this ring now due to fact I’ve been looking at gemstone previously so it twigged that these stones look like Burmese ruby, pure speculation I might add
