After the period of tango glass with strong opaque colors, transparent tones came to the fore again. Lötz also returned to Art Nouveau techniques. The shape of the handles already appeared in designs by Robert Holubetz for Bakalowits Söhne around 1901. In this later period, their width dominates the entire glass on various vase shapes. The bands of finely veined glass threads, as well as the matt iridescence, also date from the height of Art Nouveau. The yellow-greenish glass of the threads is probably cased in a silver-yellow layer. In transmitted light, the threads glow yellowish, in direct light they reflect a bluish color. A decor name has not survived. A vase identical in shape and decor can be found in the Passau Glass Museum and is illustrated in the Lötz book from 2003. On a pattern sheet in the Šumavy Museum, the vase bears the production number 5459 (Series III).

Wonderful! I love it when they used controlled bubble technique in their decors!

Very nice vase! I just finished an article about such a vase with these extended handles, now I will publish it on CW at a later date.
