      I did contact Loetz.com and they have confirmed that it is indeed an example of Loetz "Streifen und Flecken" decor. Both the decor and the shape of the vase point to a production time frame between 1900-1902. And in their opinion is “a lovely example of this decor.” So that’s all VERY exciting!
