Captain Action Dr Evil as Kabai Singh Circa 2000

This is a flesh colored Dr Evil in the guise of Kabai Singh. Kabai Singh is the enemy of The Phantom which was another figure Playing Mantis produced. No fees for these are any of the other figures they made were on the old side so no royalties. I fear that is why the figures didn't sell so well as few recalled them. But they were very well made and cool. Despite being an evil villain this has one of the best costumes I have seen. Also he has the coolest pistol which is a broomhandle Mauser. An ancient weapon from around 1900. His other pieces include a bag of I assume gold and a stack of gold coins along with a knuckle knife and scimitar. In the last photo he is with The Phantom. The Phantom is a bit better armed with a pair of 1911s.
