Majestic Paris Leather Achromatic 8 Lenses Binoculars / Opera Glasses with mermaids

I have a pair of old opera glasses / binoculars, I believe the brand is Majestic. I've tried to do research and it's hard to find anything about this brand. When I was looking at one of the adjustment dials, I thought it had damage. At a closer look, I believe it's mermaids with a fishing spear of some sort first picture). It also seems to have a bird in the background and a mermaid/man below. This is in a 1/4" area? on the dial (first picture). I'm just trying to find out a little more information because I can't find anything on the internet (though I'm sure its there). I appreciate any help, if not thanks for looking anyway. Mart
