Hello I’ve just found this and think it’s antique, I don’t know anything about it but from the markings I’d say it’s English and Victorian.

The (CROWN CHATEAU CHINA) is a pottery marking of Wild Bros - 1904 to 1927.

They were china manufacturers operating out of the Edensor Crown China Works and the Salisbury Crown China Works in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. https://www.figurines-sculpture.com/pottery-marks-crown-chateau-china-wild-bros.html.
