we are in reliëf;maybe late Victorian probably not Edwardian style, looks like a sort of Poppy styling , art nouveau ??,style is probably lingering 1905 -1910

Looking around there are several on the market. Some with the 1928 date like yours and others that may be copies? Yours appears to be pewter? It appears that it's a mirror and photo holder?
