Cobalt Glass Goblet - 6 Oz. 4 3/8 " Tall - Old ?

Bought this Cobalt Blue Goblet at auction recently and it has a 3 rib Band around the center .
Was wondering if this is a known vintage pattern or a recent glass makers whimsy ?
The wear on the base of the foot suggests it's old ? Pontil is not polished !
Any information would be greatly appreciated . Thank You .
