13.5” Antique Famille Rose Chinese Porcelain Figure He Xiangu or Guanyin

Pick this at a thrift shop today. My love for far east Art knows no bounds. She’s very detailed in color and designs. I believe it’s a Chinese porcelain figure of one of the eight immortals, the immortal woman He Xiagnu or perhaps Guanyin the Goddess of Mercy. Stands at 13 1/2” tall. Seems to be holding a flower close to her chest. It is signed on the bottom with an impressed marking, four characters. Small paint loss, no chips or cracks. Could be Japanese as well. Don’t know much else about her, anyone else is welcomed to chime in.
