My sister just bought me this trunk recently and it is missing its key. She found it at a local goodwill for $20. I was hoping someone could help me identify the maker and decade.
The lock has the number 8 stamped on it but no other info I could see. Any info on what key it would need and the right place to buy one would be greatly appreciated. I already bought some general skeleton keys and none were a match.

Great trunk! Racking my brain but I believe it’s called a Jenny, could be wrong about that BUT you came to the right place because I know someone here that can tell you where to get a key that will open it! He guided me to the person and it would have worked had my daughter not broken the lock before I got the key! I’ll message him to let him know and he’ll get back to you so you don’t have to damage your lock! I may have that seller of many different keys saved too. Hold tight!
