UTOCO Porcelain Sign

I got a call from a lady wondering if I would be interested in this old sign that had been in her family for decades since they had the old gas station that had it posted! Obviously the answer was an instant YES! Since it was located a couple of hrs away they agreed to haul it to us for a fee, which I accepted. It just arrived today and we will get it cleaned up and touched up and posted. I’m not sure why, but most of the UTOCO a signs were oval and the rounds ones are very hard to find. Probably because of the UTOCO association with Standard Oil and the oval signs are interchangeable with their other Brands on the poles. It’ll look great on a pole at the new Sparks Museum and Event Center in Provo!
