Curioso
(1 item)
Hi - I purchased this (servant?) bell at a storage unit sale and don't anything about it besides that it's old. It's about 5 inches tall and is quite heavy - bronze I think. It has some interesting images and I'd love to know something/anything about it.
Almost the same bell is on a desk in the Alexander Herzen House Museum in Russia. I saw the photo of this desk but I can't open the website. I am sending a link and maybe you can open it

The bell can be seen on this website:

no lefties here ?decembrist, kulak, pomechick, etc mir ( ( in the agriculture sense ) the bell newspaper etc, you have to read Palmer and Colton on agriculaturul populism and the land greed of the mirs then you will undestand THE BELL
Precursur agricultural populism and the consequence of the dichotomy Bednyak versus Kulak
rumor has it that the damage controle of 1861of alexander 2 ( thesis bottom up versus top down uprise ) is influenced by this thesis , which IMO is total nonsense
must make sense there is in excerpt in the russian kolokol of 1857
well send it to lempertz , and give M.P Kunst a part of the profit , probably a copie but copies will run also
at least say say thank you to m.p Kunst !!!
maybe by means of poznan auction
