      Hi, Theschwartz1. :-)

The pattern name is in the back stamp on your plate: "A La Reine Elizabeth."

In April 1957, when Queen Elizabeth II visited France:

After a gala dinner given in her honor at the Élysée Palace by President René Coty, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh had lunch the next day in the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles. For this occasion, René Coty ordered to Bernardaud a porcelain service of 4,000 pieces decorated with birds of paradise in gold on a white background.
