Specialty Jim Beam Whiskey Decanter: Celebrating the first 100 years of pro-baseball

I was in Cooperstown, NY with my son last weekend (July 20 & 21, 2024) to celebrate the induction of a MN Twins baseball star, Joe Mauer, into the Baseball Hall of Fame. While walking around the small town and stopping into various stores, I spotted this 1969 Jim Beam whiskey decanter for a good price.

It is a specialty whiskey decanter celebrating the 100th anniversary of the start of professional baseball in 1869; the first year players were paid-to-play. It pairs nicely with my 1869 Peck & Snyder carte-de-visite Cincinnati Red Stockings team card (also posted here on S&T) which is considered the first true baseball card.
