Victorian cased pale blue glass stemmed cornucopia vase - Early Loetz?

This lovely vase was found on eBay UK.
It is made from a pale blue shaded/spreading inner lining cased in clear glass, & measures 15 cm tall, 5.5 cm across the diagonally cut top rim, & 6.5 cm across the clear applied base. There is a rather complicated, finely ribbed, clear applied handle that joins up to the tip of the cornucopia's "tail". The applied footed base is made in two parts, a sort of rustic stem that joins to an irregularly ribbed circular foot.
The cornucopia itself has an internal optic pattern of elongated ellipses.
I feel that this very finely constructed vase may be an example of Early Loetz.
The distinctive footed base is seen on various Early Loetz items illustrated in Dr. Hasselbach's article. The handled cornucopia is also known on Loetz production.
Interestingly, I have another item with the same style of foot, a pale shaded/spreading pink ribbed vase of conical form.
