This little cup is 1.5" high x 2.5" widest diameter. It was hand painted and enameled. I am not sure how it was formed. Possibly spun in a mold? It is very thin and a staggering amount of effort went into painting it. It is not marked with a kiln or artist's mark. No idea of age or maker. Just an inexpensive, random little cup.
Not first class work, but the artist(s) get an "A" for effort.....
