    9 tube radio with a tuning eye...sometimes called a magic eye. Has a large 12 inch speaker for a rich wonderful sound. Been in the family since the forties. Glad I finally found someone to work on it for me. Great save.

      That is a very good example of a model 170. Marconi radios were made very good,and always sound good. Here is a link to a lot of Marconi radios.
