Any idea about this item think it is to small to be a cigar holder thinking cigarette holder instead any input would greatly be appreciated Yes, I think it is a cigarette dispenser. It looks a little bit too small for cigars

You don't give us any dimensions and we can't see the whole inside.. it appears it may be a vintage cigarette box/dispenser?
Yeah I agree with that. It is not a very big box. Probably 8 to 10 in in length and it makes more sense for cigarettes than it does. For cigars. I am not sure of the name on the written label inside either
