Here is a 5"W purple & clear glass musk ox made by artist Goran Warff for Kosta Boda in the early 1970s. This was the first piece in the KB endangered wildlife series for the World Wildlife Fund

Kevin, he is quite a cool guy, in some photos (not mine) they make the glass appear like he's on an ice floe which may be how they picture the musk ox in Sweden
DejaVu this was a really special & unusual find, most of my KB WWF animals are by Paul Hoff, but this artist Warff is quite famous and did excellent work here
Phil, I think those menacing tusks really make the piece, I would really not like to have a musk ox charging at me lol :) It's always nice to be able to add a new animal variety to my collection & this one is certainly different, I just love the purple color
