    Brass container, w/a thick rubber coating. It seals tightly so no water can get in & keeps the matches dry. I have two. I didn't see any here or elsewhere online, in researching thisits right at 3 1!2" long, w/lid on.
    (This is what I was told. Was looking for verification on it ). Thanks!
