This is the third of my finds from the antiques fair.
A slightly mysterious vase from the early 2oth century that seems to be on the border of Art Nouveau & Tango styles of art glass.
It is made from bright yellow opaque glass with fine applied veined/trailed decoration in dark brown. The vase measures 16.4 cm tall, 5.3 cm across the top rim, & 6.5 cm across the base.
There is a cadmium content in the yellow as it glows orange - pink under UV.
I guess most likely Czech/Bohemian origin early 1900s - 1920s era.
It is Gorgeous !!!!
Many thanks Kevin!
