Antique porcelain duck, Chinese? Meticulously detailed and hand painted

I picked this up at an estate sale years ago, just found it safely tucked away in a closet. It’s a beautiful piece, standing approximately 7” high.
It’s meticulously painted and detailed, right down to tooth like detain inside the beak edge and a tiny little feather which curls up on the tail. An old repair at the tip of one of the wing feathers adds interest for the care that was taken to do it. Weighty, a real treasure, Signed on the bottom.
Any ideas where, when, or by whom it was made? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
