An old school county Sheriff's car. Back in the day the Sheriff cars tended to be green. In San Diego the Sheriff's cars were a lighter color called Duffy Green after Sheriff Duffy. Soon as he retired they went to black and white. In the meantime the San Diego PD had white cars and they switched to black and white about the same time.
This one also has the old school light bar. I think that was the next step after the Adam 12 style lights. Sadly the vehicle lacks the cage for the back seat. But then one doesn't want to mess with the County Monty. No cameras around back then.
