Phil it is a great toothpick holder or actually to put other small items in, I've been using it for sugar cubes, definitely useful as well as a pretty birdie. Thanks so much for your fab comment & kind wishes for our holiday, we always enjoy the day eating hearty and 'crying tomorrow' about the calories lol :)
