I suggest enjoying a Kralik vase from my collection. I have looked through many sources of information on glass, but I have not found a similar shape either from the Kralik manufactory or from other Bohemian manufacturers working at the same time.
The presence of the metal mount may indicate that the vase was made to order. In particular, from the Lenor manufactory, most of the pieces were sent to the north of Bohemia for further refinement.
The passion of many glass collectors is items made in the Art Nouveau or Art Deco style, but I like this vase in the late Baroque style no less.
The piece measures 27.5 cm/ 10.8”
very nice so different from others Kralik
That's really true. Perhaps the reason is that the shape of the vase was made to the order of the manufacturer of metal decor. About in the middle of the vase there is a special recess in the glass for fixing the metal overlay.
Unfortunately, there are no marks on the metal.
