Here is a 3"H amber glass monkeys around a tree toothpick holder, which shows one monkey with open arms and two seated monkeys. By the United States Glass Co of Pittsburgh PA (originally attributed to Bryce Bros) , this design was first made in the late 1800s and since reissued
I love toothpick and match holders and this one is outstanding! I love the monkeys!
Monkey love this.
A lot of collectors of monkeys would love this beaute !~
this is attributed to Bryce Bros c1887 before joining the USG conglomerate c1891 and then reissued by USG at later dates; and possibly also reproduced by others.
Thanks very much for the monkey love

Scott, you have the absolute best toothpick holders so I treasure your fabulous comment, thank you so much
Tilted, this monkey (I was born in the lunar year of the monkey, or haven't you all guessed by my constant chatter lol) loves this monkey piece as well! Appreciate your fun comment
Phil, in my opinion the monkey is an animal that is under-represented in both jewelry & glass, very hard to find any really good monkey things so was glad to get this item. Thank you for your marvelous comment
TallCakes you are CW's EAPG glass expert extraordinaire, thank you a bunch for the super origin info about this monkey holder I have added Bryce Bros into the description
Many thanks kivatinitz for the love for this monkey toothpick holder, it's a nice monkey item & glad that you liked it
