Here is a super piece of Czech Tango glass that I got on eBay AU!
This style seems to be fairly rarely seen in Australia, so I jumped when this turned up.
It is made from turquoise blue glass with applied foliage/petals in cobalt blue. There also is a fine vertical ribbed pattern.
The applied decor looks like a slightly updated version of Kralik's "Gloria" inspired decor.
The vase measures 20 cm tall, 9 cm across the top rim, & 6.5 cm across the base, which does not have a pontil mark.
Czech origin, circa 1920s - 30s era.
