It looks to be a ca1920's pittsburgh lamp ,brass ,and glass co. lamp. They were Known for their reverse painted lit base panel lamps.

It is definitely Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass and Glass Co. I have seen similar, but not as ornate or colorful sell at auction for around $500.00. Value can be greatly affected by subject matter and color. Native American themes on Pittsburgh lamps have a good history of higher auction values. I would place an auction value of $1,500-$2,000.00 for yours. I you would like to see one that went for $2,800.00, go to: http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/1484859. I hope this helps you.
