Another McKay cabinet card of a member of company K, 16th Infantry.
This soldier has chosen to wear his dress uniform for the photographer.
Clearly seen on his hat and collar insignia is "16" and "K" with the infantry crossed rifles.
See my other postings for several other members of this famous unit.

Thanks official.
do you have anything else besides pictures all the time - can you put one up of a donkey so we can see how big your ears are
Nothing that would interest you-- most of my items are antique, not reproductions.
Don't bother looking, you won't find action figures, dolls, rusty toys or modern beer cans in my posts.
Nice turn of the century photo, regular army, dress blue uniform.
Thanks Militarist-- I have the dates of their duty at Camp Crook posted with another 16th Infantry photograph, but it was around 1900.
