I recently bought an Arts & Crafts house in Colorado Springs (built 1902) and these decorative tiles are in the fireplace surround. I'm suspecting they are Van Briggle but not sure. Can anyone ID these for me or supply me with any information about these tiles?

I would love to see a picture of the overall fireplace. Not sure if VB, there are a couple of CW folk who are VB collectors, perhaps they can help.

They look very interesting! I too would like to see a picture of the full surround. The first one looks like a leaf from the ginko tree. Nice!

I agree. A picture of the whole fireplace would be great. I'm jealous of the house just based upon the description and these tiles. Talk about a selling point!

BTW - any idea what the initials/symbols are in the lower corner of the tiles?

I looked at the initials/symbols in the corners with a magnifying glass, but can't really read anything but a small square. I'll take a picture of the entire fireplace and post it here.

I love the bronze patina color on the tiles.
