This is my collection I started with my father. He worked in Butztown (Bethlehem),Pa.for Suncrest Farms which became Abbotts Dairies. Before them it was Paulus then Mowrers.I pretty much have everything I can find with the Abbotts name on it!Milk crates,Milk boxes, metal signs, lighted signs, advertising etc.I also have some other local dairies from Allentown,Bethlehem and Easton as well as Hazelton where my parents are from.
What a great collection. Thanks for sharing.
"Ditto", Ms D. I love to see collections displayed and enjoyed. LOVE the ice cream sign! Filling the bottles to make the labels stand out is excellent "show and tell" for new collectors. Thanks !
Thanks for the kind comments! The styrafoam beads works great for the pyroglazed bottles! I'll have more pics in the future!
I get my styrafoam beads from...

Love it! I too like the ice cream sign.
I come from a line of dairy farmers. This is a really cool collection!!
I was wondering if you could help me Identify a bottle I recently purchased? The bottle reads Hyland Farms Dairy.
Hyland Farms Dairy was from Catlettsburg KY. It was my family's dairy and operated from 1934 to 1962. Is the bottle round or square? What is the logo on back if round? I am always hunting for ones that I may not have.
Great Collection! I have to find me some of those styrafoam beads To Put in the few milk bottles I have In My China Cabinet that I brought back last year From Youngstown Ohio Where My Wife grew up. I enjoy collecting old bottles. Thanks For sharing with us!
hylandfarms.
The 1 quart bottle I have is round. The front reads: Property Of Hyland Farms dairy trade mark registered please return to owner, reverse side is adorable with a baby lying on a pillow and reads, Honest quality best for baby best for you. The bottle has a pinkish color to it. All wording is in red.
A really nice collection. I was cleaning out some stuff from my mom's antique shop and found a, probably, 2 gallon milk can that read Suncrest Farms, Dairy, around the base, and Abbott on the on the lid. Dou you have any idea what it might be worth? Thanx in advance
i just found a 1 pint bottle that says Paulus Dairy, Easton PA.
