Hello,
I've had this bowl near 20 years and always loved it. I suppose the label says it all, but I wanted to know more and couldn't find out a thing when I tried researching it.
It's as sleek and beautiful as can be, about 13 3/8 inches long, made of wood,( I feel sure of that but would like a nod of confirmation ).
Any idea when it would've been made?
I hope that someone knows something about it.
It's a beautiful late afternoon, the air is so mild and a quilt of bird song. I hope it's lovely wherever you are,
Tony.
Thanks Bellin! I'm happy to know that you love it.
Have a great night,
T
Here's a starting point I found, maybe similair, not the same bowl, but a place to start, maybe of the same rosewood?

Thank You, Shaliberty,
Your link will be a good place to start.
This piece is quite thin,....resonant.
I appreciate any leads,
Have a great week,
Tony.
Thank You Mikko and Brat, and Thank You Bellin, that's a help.
The ice bucket is beautiful, is it as thin-walled as this bowl?
