Glasshounds help me !!!Unidentified French black pate de verre vase. II

Here are four more photos of this strange French vase.
By design I think it may have been done in the late nineteenth or early twentieth centuries.
I tried to find it in many books, to no avail.
Glasshounds, please I need your help.
