My grandfather made me this dollhouse for Christmas, 1966. The pics are from then but I still have the dollhouse and it is still in good shape. I believe it was from a kit, and apparently in 1977 I had purchased some replacement windows, "labels" for the shutters and for the "brickwork". These I just found in new condition in a box with the old dollhouse furniture. I would love to have more information on it, and on the kit he used. The dollhouse is now in my home and will be fixed up for some grandchildren play.

I believe you will find this is a Tynietoy Townhouse.

I have this same dollhouse. My grandfather gave it to me also in 1965 for my birthday. I had the same labels on green shutters. I still have some of the furniture and I've fixed it up - added shingles to the roof, crown molding, hardwood floors and just put in wooden windows that open (my older brother shot out the plastic windows with a dart gun). I can't find another Tynietoy Townshouse online with the same floor plan that we have.

      Hi, KE1966. :-)

Google Lens turned up some twins and/or near twins.

Here are a couple of images at Alamy that seem to be taken at different angles of the interior of the same doll house, described as a "Cape Cod style":

Here's one that's also described as a Cape Cod style, but the design is attributed to an architect named Albert Neely Hall, and produced by an outfit called Craft Patterns:
