I've had it around here for a long time . It is brass and it is some kind of a hanging light fixture but the but has not since I've had it had Any wires like it was an electrical one. I have no idea of mfg'r or age , Any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
It looks to me like the arms are upside down. They look like they held oil lamps. It is modeled after a gas fixture but it doesn't look like it was gas. Can you turn the arms back up?

Looks to me like it used to be a gas fixture. Most of them are converted to electric. And the arms might not be upside down. . But might have used to have glass shades. I have a handful in my house. Nothing exactly like this tho.. this is amazing! Can you take a closer picture of the arms? Also where the lights go? Love it!
That is if you still have this. . I see is an old post..
